Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson is still nursing a groin injury and is unlikely to play in Thursday night's game against the Miami Dolphins, a source said.

Jackson is listed as questionable on the injury report and was a limited participant in the Bills' lone practice Tuesday.

Without Jackson, the Bills would be expected to use a mix of Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown at running back. Jackson split snaps with those two players in Sunday's 17-13 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, finishing with 10 yards on three carries.

Wide receiver Sammy Watkins (groin) is expected to play Thursday night.
