Vontae Davis (concussion) cleared to play for Colts

INDIANAPOLIS -- Colts Pro Bowl cornerback Vontae Davis has been cleared to play in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans after passing the NFL's concussion protocol.

Davis suffered a concussion while making a tackle late in the first half of Monday's loss to the New York Jets.

"I feel a lot better," Davis said. "Just getting back in practice and working with my teammates."

Davis' return comes at a good time for the Colts, who are hurting in the secondary. Fellow starting cornerback Greg Toler is still "week-to-week" because of a neck injury and the team's third cornerback, Darius Butler, missed the game against the Jets and hasn't practiced this week because of a hip injury.
