Cleveland Browns fans, you're finally in luck.

Autograph and memorabilia company Steiner Sports is offering fans who have purchased an autographed item of any Cleveland Browns starting quarterback since 1999 the chance to trade it in for a $100 gift card.

"We wanted to have a fun promotion and figured this would be a good way to give back to Browns fans," said Steve Costello, executive vice president at Steiner.

In order to be eligible for the promotion, a fan has to send in one autograph of any of the 24 quarterbacks who have started at least one game for the team over the past 17 years. That autograph must have been authenticated by one of seven companies, including Steiner, Fanatics, Panini, Tri-Star and Upper Deck, as well as grading services PSA/DNA or JSA.

"The item has to be a Browns item, so we expect to see some Johnny Manziel autographs to come back," Costello said.

The 24 quarterbacks whose signatures are eligible for the promotion include: Tim Couch, Ty Detmer, Doug Pederson, Spergon Wynn, Kelly Holcolmb, Trent Dilfer, Charlie Frye, Derek Anderson, Brady Quinn, Ken Dorsey, Bruce Gradkowski, Colt McCoy, Luke McCown, Jake Delhomme, Seneca Wallace, Brandon Weeden, Thad Lewis, Jeff Garcia, Jason Campbell, Brian Hoyer, Manziel, Connor Shaw, Josh McCown and Austin Davis.

Costello said he expects a few hundred items come in. Steiner plans to take the autographs it gets and auction them off for charity.

The $100 gift card comes with no strings attached. If a fan wants to buy another Browns item, Steiner sells a Bernie Kosar-signed 8-by-10 photo for $90. They could also use the $100 toward a Jim Brown-signed 8-by-10 picture, which retails for $300.

In the 17 years with those 24 quarterbacks, the Browns have had only two winning seasons.
