Neither was listed on Wednesday's injury report. Coach Ron Rivera said there was no concern with either moving forward.
"It is nice having everybody ready to roll,'' Rivera said. "No limitations for Jonathan. I feel really good about everybody.''
Stewart missed the last four regular-season games with a sprained foot. Ginn suffered a knee injury that kept him out of the regular-season finale.
The only player on Carolina's injury report was backup running back Fozzy Whittaker, who is expected to miss the 1:05 p.m. ET game at Bank of America Stadium with an ankle injury.
Stewart led Carolina in rushing with 989 yards, including 78 yards and two touchdowns in a 27-23 victory at Seattle in Week 6.
Ginn led all Carolina wide receivers with 10 touchdown catches. He also was the team's top punt returner and will return to that role against the Seahawks.
"He's there,'' Rivera said. "He looked good today.''
