Andrew Sendejo out for game with concussion after taking helmet-to-helmet hit

MINNEAPOLIS -- Vikings safety Andrew Sendejo was ruled out of Minnesota's divisional-round matchup with the New Orleans Saints on Sunday after he sustained a concussion late in the third quarter.

Sendejo appeared to be knocked out when he was on the receiving end of a blindside hit by Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas. Sendejo immediately fell to the ground, where he laid for several minutes while being tended to by trainers.

Up until that point, Sendejo was having a phenomenal afternoon, recording an interception and four tackles.
