Notre Dame LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah had a heart issue that came up late in the draft process and was a concern for most teams, which is why he fell out of the first round and to the second round and pick No. 52 with Cleveland, per sources. Doctors ultimately cleared Owusu-Koramoah but it did contribute to him going later than expected.

Cleveland paid just a 5% premium to move up -- the cheapest trade up of the day thus far -- in order to take a Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah. Entering the draft, the Draft Day Predictor gave Owusu-Koramoah a 97% chance to be selected in the first round. Strong move.
