This is how he's going to handle these situations. Much like the Giants have done with Baker, they are going to be open-minded and not make any rash decisions with Rosas. Need to be careful rushing to judgment before letting all the facts surface.

Giants owners John Mara and Steve Tisch have been part of the team's social injustice meetings past few weeks. Mostly absorbing rather than talking. "I think the biggest thing we try to emphasize as coaches and ownership was more the listening," coach Joe Judge said. "We weren't in there to run the conversation." Ownership didn't discuss game day activities. But kneeling is not off the table.
