Blackhawks' Bourque out 3-6 weeks after neck surgery

CHICAGO -- Chicago Blackhawks forward Rene Bourque is
expected to miss three to six weeks after undergoing surgery to
repair a deep laceration on his neck.

Bourque was injured Sunday night in Chicago's 1-0 win over
Columbus when he was cut in the neck by the skate blade of Blue
Jackets' right wing Nikolai Zherdev's during a pileup in the
Blackhawks' crease.

Bourque was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital where he
had surgery. The team said he might be released Monday or Tuesday.
