ESPN Fantasy Projection: Rielly's offensive production has dipped the last couple seasons, which is surprising since the Leafs have about as many high-end offensive players in their lineup as any team in the league. He finished last season with five goals and 35 points in 55 games. Those are solid numbers but nowhere near the 20-goal, 72-point pace he set just a couple years prior. Rielly has always posted low shooting percentages and offers little in terms of hits and blocks, so he needs to pile up the points in order to be an effective fantasy option. The British Columbia native is entering the final year of his contract, so he should be plenty motivated, but Rielly is best served as a No. 2 fantasy defender rather than a blue-line centerpiece.
