Fantasy Hockey
ESPN Fantasy Projection: One of the most consistent defenders in the game from both a fantasy and real-life perspective, Pietrangelo was his usual excellent self for the Golden Knights in 2022-23. He finished with 54 points in 73 games, his highest total since the 2017-18 campaign with St. Louis. Pietrangelo added 170 shots on goal, 14 power-play points, 65 hits and a career-best 177 blocks. He appeared in 21 of 22 games in Vegas' run to the Stanley Cup, with the only contest he sat out being the result of a one-game suspension following a slash to Edmonton's Leon Draisaitl. Pietrangelo has displayed no signs of slowing down despite the fact he'll turn 34 next January, making him a rock-solid fantasy option in all formats this year.
