ESPN Fantasy Projection: With John Klingberg off to Anaheim, Heiskanen finally got a chance to serve as Dallas' No. 1 power-play quarterback in 2022-23, and he responded in a major way. The talented Finn sets new career-best marks across the board (11 goals, 62 assists, 73 points, plus-12 rating, 206 shots on goal, 25:29 average time on ice per game), while Heiskanen's 34 points with the man advantage tied him with Vancouver's Quinn Hughes for the NHL lead among defenders. There's a real case to be made that Heiskanen has the highest upside from a fantasy perspective of any rearguard not named Cale Makar. Set to play this entire season at age 24, Heiskanen is worth the pretty penny he will cost on draft day this year.
