ESPN Fantasy Projection: The Canadiens were really banged up in 2022-23, and Harvey-Pinard took advantage. He got into 34 games with the club, posting 14 goals (and six assists) on the strength of a ridiculous and unsustainable 24.1 shooting percentage. While it was a great story for the 24-year-old Quebec native, the odds of it carrying over to this season are virtually nil. Cole Caufield and Juraj Slafkovsky will be back from injury to reclaim top-six roles, and Alex Newhook was also brought in from Colorado. Nonetheless, Harvey-Pinard likely showed enough last year to earn a long look at a regular role for the Habs in 2023-24.
