ESPN Fantasy Projection: Josi is coming off what would, for him, be considered a subpar year. Yes, it was a shortened season and his brilliant 2019-20 Norris Trophy winning campaign was likely unsustainable, but Josi's production dropped across the board (eight goals, 33 points, 141 shots, 24:21 ice time, 14 power-play points) in 48 contests during 2020-21. He also dealt with an undisclosed injury in the postseason, though the issue is believed to be minor. Fantasy managers should be aggressive with Josi in their drafts this fall if he comes at any sort of a discount. The Swiss blueliner remains a clear-cut No. 1 fantasy defenseman given his importance to the Predators' success, and he can safely be penciled in for dozen goals and 50-plus points this year.
