Was he "waxing on" like Daniel LaRusso or "popping a wheelie" like Evel Knievel? The real story behind Jeff Kent's broken wrist is the hottest thing in spring training next to Derek Jeter's glove. Page 2's Jim Caple has conducted an investigation into Kentgate, and he reports that it's all part of an elaborate government cover-up.

Page 2's Bill Simmons has a few confessions to make. In part 2 of his "Yup ... These are my readers" column, The Sports Guy admits that he missed an obvious "Saved by the Bell" reference, he's prone to getting sick all the time, and he's made at least a half-dozen mistakes in the last two months. As for Simmons' readers, they're as "on their game" as they were in part 1.

Memories of March 10 Burning Questions
If we mention U.S. Reed or Bryce Drew or Harold Arceneaux, you probably have a specific memory from the NCAA Tournament. Page 2's Eric Neel says those memories are the best part of March Madness, and three of his favorites involve the Bird-Magic game, Len Bias and an underdog Duke team.
Southern Illinois is the biggest surprise of the Sweet 16, prompting plenty of folks to ask, "What the heck is a Saluki?" Page 2 went right to the source for the answer, hounding the Saluki mascot with our 10 Burning Questions. The man in the dog suit gave us a fuzzy look at life inside the costume.

THE BERMAN FILES
Page 2 is here to give Duke's Jason Williams a distinctive name, so we opened up a case of the Berman Files, and our readers offered more than 800 possibilities. Check out the best offerings and vote for your favorite.

With March Madness in full bloom, it's time to ponder a tough question: If you could pick one college basketball coach for a game that you had to win, who would it be? Page 2 weighed in with its 10 choices, and now our readers have compiled a list of their own. Check out the readers' top 10 and then vote in our poll to crown college hoops' best big-game coach:

10]  Denny Crum
"No one used late-game timeouts better than Crum. No one drew up late-game situation plays any better than Crum. His best coaching performance? The 1986 championship game in which he flat outcoached Coach K of Duke."
9]  Rick Pitino
"He has amazing charisma and game-time coaching cool ... a combination that always strikes fear in me whenever I am pulling for any team he's coaching against."
8]   Al McGuire
"McGuire brought a pack of raw basketball talent (often recruiting in inner-cities where some coaches refused to go) together and brought them to win as a team and lose as a team, never sacrificing a 'team-first' attitude in exchange for individual accolades."
