The sports world is a funny and fickle place. Just look at the events of the past week -- as Page 2 columnist Jim Caple does. A guy named Tiger remained sports' most dominant force, while a team named the Tigers was a nationwide punchline. Then, there were the continuing strange sagas of Chuck Finley, Kevin Harvick and Luis Gonzalez's gum.

10 Burning Questions What's Hot, What's Not
Mel Kiper Jr. is a little like Santa Claus. He spends 363 days a year preparing for one weekend in the spotlight. On the eve of the 2002 NFL draft, Page 2 caught up with Kiper to see if he could handle our 10 Burning Questions. As you might expect, ESPN's draft expert showed a terrific upside.
We aren't certified meteorologists at Page 2, but we are experts on forecasting what's hot and what's not. Today, we focus our Doppler Radar on the 2002 NBA playoffs to predict what will sizzle and fizzle. Earlier this week, we brought the heat for the 2002 NFL draft and the Stanley Cup playoffs.

TAKE OUR DRAFT QUIZ
Ever wonder what the players are saying during those phone calls at the NFL draft? Take Page 2's quiz to see if you're able to guess a player's reaction after hearing which NFL team selected him. You'll also want to check out our All-Name Draft.

You've already taken a look at Page 2's list of the 10 most overpaid players in the NBA, so now it's your turn. We've compiled our readers' list of the current most overpaid NBA players along with a poll to crown the No. 1 overpaid player in the league.

10]  Nick Anderson, Grizzlies
"He has been an invisible person on an invisible team."
9]  Juwan Howard, Nuggets

After renting "Slap Shot 2," Jim Caple says it ranks as one of the lamest in a long line of lame sports sequels.

MOCKING BIRD
In his first Tuesday Morning Quarterback column for Page 2, Gregg Easterbrook makes a mockery of mock drafts.
