Life is settling down for Page 2's Bill Simmons now that he has a new home, a new job, a new pet and a new wife. But life in the NBA is as jumbled as ever, so the Sports Guy files his annual report on the movers, shakers, losers and fakers who make the Hoops Market as tough to predict as the price of pork bellies.

Page 2's Charley Rosen is having trouble telling the difference between Arena Football and a Dallas-Sacramento playoff game, meaning the usual postseason factors don't apply to this series. One team has no heart, the other no defense. So who wins? Charley says take the Mavericks. Please.

Tale of the Tape Planet Lovetron
It's getting eerie, the way the Twin Cities keep matching up with L.A. in the wonderful world of postseason pro sports. Nick Bakay's Tale of the Tape takes this rivalry to the next level: Disneyland vs. the Mall of America.
Darryl Dawkins is shattering more than backboards these days. Chocolate Thunder is now an author, and Page 2 excerpts his tell-all book. Plus, Eric Neel goes mano-a-mano with 'Dawk' for 10 Burning Questions.

THE DAILY QUICKIE
The Daily Quickie wonders whether your glass is half-full (winning layup) or half-empty (goaltending) today. Then there's Ah-nold's possible retro role as a back-to-the-future spokesman. Plus, a fond farewell to 'Big D.'

Dave DeBusschere, who died yesterday at 62, was a true rarity in the sports world, an athlete who excelled in two sports -- baseball and basketball. Dave's in pretty impressive company, so in his honor we give you Page 2's greatest multi-sport athletes of all time:

10]  Ellsworth Vines
We know what you're thinking -- who? OK, try this. After the 1936 Wimbledon champs' tennis career ended, Vines turned to golf and played on the PGA Tour for 15 years.
9]  Goose Tatum
The first great "Clown Prince" of basketball, Tatum played for the Harlem Globetrotters from 1946-56. However, Goose got his start in baseball, playing for several barnstorming teams.
8]  Marion Jones
We all know about Jones' triumphs in track and field, but let's not forget about her exploits on the basketball court, including a national title with UNC in 1994 and being an All American in 1997.

PGA PIG TOUR
There's nothing more annoying to Page 2's Jason Whitlock than a black man of influence forgetting where he came from. Are you listening Vijay?

NBA VIEWING 101
When you tune in an NBA playoff game you can't just watch it. You have to know what to do. Page 2's Eric Neel leads the way.

AT THE MOVIES
Summertime means movies, movies, movies! And Page 2's Eric Immerman is here to provide the 411.

THE SPORTS GUY
When you're on the air, the Sports Guy knows first hand how your mouth can get ahead of your brain.

BEND THERE
Despite being preoccupied by the fate of his beloved Chelsea, Page 2's Michael Davies found some time to break down the film "Bend It Like Beckham."
