Oh, sure, he's embarrassed about his dust-up with Pedro Martinez. And, yes, Don Zimmer (also known as the Gerbil) said all the right things when he met the press. But in one of those special, exclusive, inside, nobody-else-has-this-stuff interviews that only Page 2 can get, Jim Caple learns what Zim really thinks.

We tried to score tickets to Game 3 at Fenway the old-fashioned way. We begged. We cried. We offered up our first-born. When that didn't work, we sent Page 2's Darren Rovell up to Yawkey Way to see if he could buy his way in. Fat chance! Seats were so scarce he couldn't even buy his way into a bathroom.

Best Uniform Bracket Revisionist History
You won't find these matchups anywhere else. Page 2's Best Uniforms Bracket is down to the Final Four, with semifinals that pit the Broncos against the Red Wings and the Wolverines against the Chargers. Vote now!
It's all over now but the shouting. Of course, the shouting about Game 3's Fenway Fracas will be around for a long time. Page 2's Brian Murphy listens as Red Sox and Yankees fans exercise their freedom of speech. At full volume.

THE DAILY QUICKIE
This is just wrong! The Daily Quickie sees what Matt Clement's goatee is doing to Cubs' fans, and hears a desperate cry for help. Plus, finding the NFL's best in an unlikely place, and fining a salty septuagenarian.

Don Zimmer and Pedro Martinez? Sure, that was a fun little donneybrook, especially considering the age difference between these two warriors. But does Zim's lumbering charge toward Petey measure up to the outbursts on our list of the best coaching temper tantrums of all time?

10]  Jim Mora
After the Colts lost 40-21 to the 49ers in Indianapolis on Nov. 25, 2001, Mora lost his cool, big-time. "Playoffs?" he said. "Are you kidding me? I just hope we can win a game, another game." So much for standing up for his own guys.
9]  Jeff Van Gundy
He claimed he was trying to protect his player, the Knicks' Larry Johnson. But when the diminutive Van Gundy charged onto the court on April 30, 1998, and grabbed Alonzo Mourning's leg, he looked more like a "human hammock," according to Newsday.
8]  John Chaney
After a 56-55 Massacuhsetts victory over Temple on Feb. 13, 1994, Chaney, the Owls' coach, broke into a post-game press conference being conducted by John Calipari and shouted, "I'll kill your [expletive] ass. You remember that!"
