Top 100 forward Cartier Martin of Houston-Nimitz, Tex., has committed to Kansas State.
Martin, who averaged 19.2 points and 12.4 rebounds as a junior, also considered Oklahoma State, Kentucky and Texas.
Super Prospect forward Sean Phaler of Villa Park, Cal., is near a decision between UCLA, Indiana and Washington. He averaged 20 points and eight rebounds as a junior.
Louisville, Maryland, Illinois, Kansas and Arizona lead the Early 2003 Top Classes.
