Arkansas has a commitment from guard Dontell Jefferson of Lithonia-Stephenson, Ga/Atlanta Metro College, Ga., over Georgia and Georgia State.
Jefferson will sign with Arkansas in April and join a recruiting class rated fourth in the nation. The Razorbacks signed four players during the Early Period, including forward Al Jefferson, center Steven Hill, center/forward Darian Townes and forward Charles Thomas.
Providence has pledged guard Robert McKiver of New Haven, Conn/Winchendon School, Mass. He has committed to Georgia and Georgetown in the past.
