One last look at this year's crop of fullbacks led me to one colclusion: Peyton Hillis had to be No. 1. Brock Bolen slides down to No. 2, while Chris Pressley, remains at No. 3. The top four fullbacks can play anywhere in the country.

There might be a few more changes before Signing Day, so check back to see who drops out, drops down or moves up the list.
