2002 recap
The good: Started second and led 184 laps at Milwaukee in a convincing triumph, charged from 11th to third at Cleveland and ran second at Vancouver in addition to a fourth at Montreal.

Season highlight: Swept past the front row and into lead going into the first corner at Elkhart Lake after starting fourth.

The bad: Had great runs at Japan and Elkhart Lake wiped out by mechanical failure and another driver's error.

Season lowlight: He crashed into and wiped out teammate Dario Franchitti at Denver.

Paul Tracy
Paul Tracy has switched to Team Player's for 2003.

Key stat: Had 10 DNFs out of 19 starts.

2003 outlook
With Team Green sold and going to the IRL, Tracy was snapped up by Gerry Forsythe and the Player's team.

Prediction: This 34-year-old warrior is CART's most accomplished, refreshing and puzzling driver of a lineup people may not recognize in 2003. He should battle Junqueira for the championship.
