Kenny Wallace finds new sponsor
 Associated Press
DANVILLE, Ill. – Kenny Wallace still has a Winston Cup car to drive after finding a new sponsor.

There had been speculation that Wallace's NASCAR Eel River Racing team would have to close its doors. But GEICO Direct has agreed to sponsor Wallace's Pontiac.

Wallace said GEICO came out of the blue to save the team from having to skip this weekend's race at Richmond.

Wallace, who is said to have the largest fan club in NASCAR, has had success on short tracks like Richmond.
