Description: The primary function of this position is to improve the infrastructure and process of multimedia production in Bristol in conjunction with the New Technologies and Multimedia group in Seattle. This includes managing all upgrades to the multimedia lab (hardware and software, training multimedia editors on new process, software, publishing techniques, etc., and coordinating event streaming media event coverage based in Bristol. This position requires a significant amount of streaming and/or video production experience. Position will also act as liaison between ESPN.com's New Technologies & multimedia group and ESPN television operations/engineering groups to leverage their expertise and plans for going to an all digital environment. Other possible duties include: - Managing a process to further automate image processing. - Act as a technical liaison in Bristol for Production in Seattle to secure data for on-line use normally used exclusively by television. - Help manage the process, from a technical standpoint, of getting more PC based ESPN.com content on television.

Must be able to write, edit, and synopsize content from other media for online editorial purposes. Extensive knowledge of sports a must.
Skills: Must possess sufficient knowledge of attributes of good "news" and story reporting to exercise judgment in selection, prioritization and preparation of online content. Must possess or quickly become competent in HTML. Must become competent in Microsoft Word. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a proficiency in HTML, cascading style sheets (CSS) and Adobe Photoshop. An interest in Macromedia Shockwave, Flash, dynamic HTML, Javascript, SMIL and XSL preferred; experience in developing/testing design cross multiple browsers (versions); creating storyboards to convey product directives; background in television/ad design production desired; strong communication skills needed; interests in streaming technologies, video production and sports enthusiast preferred.
Description: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design for the convergence of television and the Internet. The primary function of this position is to create user interface and site design for web based audio and video features. This includes designing for broadband and narrowband content. Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
1. BS and/or BA degree. Qualified experience may be substituted for college degree.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of Revenue, Inventory Management, or Finance. In lieu of inventory experience, market and trend analysis in a service or product oriented industry or equivalent experience may apply.
3. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service in a service or product oriented industry.
4. Quantitative skills: Ability to project traffic forecasts, develop pricing structures and strategies. Statistical analysis preferred.
5. Must believe and promote ?team spirit? and ?superior customer service? towards both internal and external clients.
6. Must have a thorough understanding of the relationship between Marketing, Sales, Planning (business development/revenue management) and Finance.
7. Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious, requires minimum supervision and have proven leadership skills. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.

Description:
1. Articulate the Revenue Operation vision and mission and help build and promote a strong partnership between business units to serve all clients effectively.
2. Analyze, evaluate and study advertising opportunities across EIG and the entire GO Network .
3. Create and formulate reporting processes to communicate and inform the entire EIG sales group of all advertising opportunities.
4. Market, educate and promote all viable inventory and advertising systems and forecasting methodologies to business units.
5. Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the entire EIG sales Group.
6. Help create and formulate new advertising opportunities with page-writers, advertising producers and site producers with emphasis on overall revenue enhancement.
7. Act as a liaison between EIG sales group, Revenue Operations and the entire GO.com sales organization for advertising matters. Coordinate to ensure cohesive targeted efforts.
8. Communicate and be proactive in business meetings related to existing or new advertising where analysis and input is vital to its? success.
9. Formulate, study and report on market nuances, Seasonality fluctuations, trend analysis and product changes that affect EIG advertising inventory.
10. Create and distribute market/product traffic variance reports to all members of the EIV sales group and related business units.
11. Identify all EIG business processes that have a negative impact on revenue and advertising inventory and formulate solutions in co-operation with the EIG group to enhance future earnings.
