Kaka says he would love to return to AC Milan, although he says he has not yet decided whether or not to end his playing career.
The former Brazil international was back at the San Siro on Thursday night, taking in the Rossoneri's 5-1 Europa League win over Austria Vienna after spending the day visiting the club's new headquarters and meeting with the Serie A club's new owners.
During those meetings, there was talk of him being offered a director's role, but he says he cannot yet commit since he has not officially retired.
"I need to sort out my personal situation first," he told Sky Sport Italia. "I've given myself a few months to decide what I need to do. I did not want to decide before the end of the season and I want to make up my mind with calm. Then, if I do decide to stop playing, I will consider my future.
"Certainly Milan are a possibility, especially now the doors are open for me. My relationship with this club is excellent. It's an indescribable emotion for me to be here in Milan these days, I can't explain it.
"I'm loving being in the city and it's bringing back lots of memories of my life and my career. It's hard to explain."

Kaka was impressed with what he saw on the field too, saying that Andre Silva "has a great future ahead of him and could easily have found a place in the great Milan I was in," and adding that he could see potential in Vincenzo Montella's young squad.
"The fans need to stay by Milan's side," Kaka said. "The club is new now and in a new situation and we need to support and believe in them. Of course everybody wants to see Milan winning in Italy and in Europe. They have a good young team."
Later on Friday, the 2007 Balon d'Or winner tweeted an old image of himself in a Milan shirt with the message: "True love never ends."

Milan have been winning in the Europa League, clinching their place in the round of 32 with one group game to spare on Thursday night, and Montella now wants them to start improving in Serie A, where they have won six and lost six of their 13 games so far this season.
"We've clinched top spot in the group and now we have more time to focus on the league, where we desperately need to make up ground," he told Sky. "We've reached one of our minimum objectives and now we've got to think of the league because we need to catch up, also by winning difficult games like Sunday's [against Torino].
"We've shown that we're getting better, we've just been slowed down by having already played against Napoli and Juventus. I think we deserve to be higher than we are in the league."
