Eintracht Frankfurt have extended the contract of coach Niko Kovac until 2019 after a successful start this season.
Eintracht sit fifth in the Bundesliga table after 13 games and are on course for a place in the Europa League next term.
Kovac was named manager of the German club in March and helped them narrowly escape relegation last season.

Kovac's brother, Robert, also had his contract as assistant coach extended.
The Eintracht boss said the pair "have always felt very comfortable" at the club and were "looking forward to more."
Eintracht are next in action on Friday against Hoffenheim, who are undefeated in the Bundesliga this season and sit one place above them on goal difference.
