Fabio Cannavaro has been named as the new coach of Saudi Arabian champions Al Nassr, signing a contract until the end of the season.
Cannavaro, 42, has the option to extend the eight-month deal for a further year.
The former Italy captain, who led his country to victory in the 2006 World Cup, is taking up a second overseas coaching position.
