The Fire, with 48 points, remained three points behind Central Division-leading Tampa Bay, which beat the Columbus Crew 4-3 Wednesday.
Wolff opened the scoring 18 minutes into the contest, taking a pass from Evan Whitfield and beating goalkeeper Matt Jordan.
Wolff scored again in the 59th minute, sending his seventh goal of the season past Jordan to give Chicago a 2-0 lead.
Beasley scored his first MLS goal in the 71st minute after being set up by Wolff and midfielder Dema Kovalenko.
Beasley closed out the scoring in the 77th minute when he took a long pass from Mike Sorber and chipped the ball over a charging Jordan.
Chicago's defense held the Burn to five shots, despite missing regular defenders Carlos Bocanegra, C.J. Brown, Lubos Kubik and Andrew Lewis, who were out with injuries.
Dallas, with 40 points, currently holds the eighth and final playoff spot with just two games remaining -- two points ahead of Columbus.
