The player was out of contract at the Galician club on June 30 and Sevilla saw off competition from the likes of Malaga and Villarreal in securing his services. Celta themselves tried to renegotiate a deal with the Danish player but were unsuccessful in their attempt.
Michale Krohn-Dehli arrived in Spain three seasons ago joining Celta from Danish side, Brondby IF. He's played 108 games for the Celestes and has seen himself as a regular for all three coaches who have sat on the Balaidos bench in that time.
With the imminent departure of Stephane Mbia to the Turkish Super Lig, Krohn-Dehli will be a key figure in the 2015-16 campaign for the Andalusian club.
