David Moyes will arrive at Real Sociedad on Wednesday before being officially presented as the Spanish side's new coach on Thursday, the club have announced.
Moyes was named as the next Sociedad boss late on Monday night -- seven months after he was sacked as Manchester United manager.
The Scot, who was axed by United in April following a dismal first season in charge at Old Trafford, has been handed a one-and-a-half-year deal with the Primera Division outfit.
A Sociedad statement issued earlier on Tuesday originally suggested he would arrive the same day, then take training on Wednesday before being presented.
However, the La Liga club have now issued another statement clarifying that he will be unveiled on Thursday.
The club said on their official website: "David Moyes will now arrive in San Sebastian, his new home, tomorrow, Wednesday.
"Shortly after arriving, the coach will take part in a photo session with the club's media department [time and place yet to be finalised] and will be officially presented at Anoeta on Thursday at 17:00 hours CET."
Moyes, whose contract with Sociedad runs until June 30, 2016, left United just 10 months into a six-year contract after being named as the successor to Sir Alex Ferguson in the summer of 2013.
