Haas out with shoulder injury

PARIS -- Germany's Tommy Haas pulled out of the French Open on Wednesday after not having played a match this season because of a shoulder injury.

Haas will be replaced by a player who lost during qualifying rounds, organizers said. The Grand Slam tournament starts Monday.

Among the women, Argentina's Mariana Diaz-Oliva pulled out with a wrist injury and was replaced by Zuzana Ondraskova of the Czech Republic.

The last wild card for the men's singles went to Australia's Scott Draper.
