Ferguson out, Holloway in at UFC 223

UFC president Dana White tells Brett Okamoto that Tony Ferguson requires surgery for a torn LCL and is out of UFC 223's main event against Khabib Nurmagomedov. Featherweight champion Max Holloway will step in for the fight.
