INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indiana Fever have signed center Jessica Moore and guard Shay Murphy.
To make room on the roster, the Fever waived Erica White and Khadijah Whittington on Thursday.
The moves come one day after Indiana announced forward Yolanda Griffith would miss the rest of the season with a torn left Achilles' tendon.
Moore, in her fifth WNBA season, will get a chance to play against her former team Friday night when Indiana hosts Los Angeles. She was cut by the Sparks at the end of training camp.
Murphy finished as the top 3-point shooter in Southern Cal history. She was a second-round draft pick by the Minnesota Lynx in 2007. Murphy has also played with Detroit and Washington. The Mystics waived Murphy last month.
