After trailing by as many as 11 points in the second quarter, the Connecticut Sun rallied back to take a 41-40 lead over the Los Angeles Sparks at the halftime break. The Sun had 29 rebounds in the half -- a new WNBA playoff record -- including 11 offensive boards, three more than the team recorded in all of Game 1. And in more good news for Connecticut fans -- it hasn't lost a game this season when leading at the half.

The Los Angeles Sparks look to be on a mission tonight. The road team came in hot and hold a 22-15 advantage at the end of the first over the Connecticut Sun. The seven-point edge is bigger than any lead the team held in all of Game 1. Nneka Ogwumike leads all scorers with nine.

Game 2 is underway in Uncasville! The Connecticut Sun look to take a 2-0 lead over the Los Angeles Sparks and continue its mission for its first-ever WNBA title. Connecticut was 15-2 at home during the regular season, and the already-rowdy crowd seems (and sounds) more than ready to do its part tonight.
