Jon Huber, known through his professional wrestling career with All Elite Wrestling and WWE as Brodie Lee and Luke Harper, respectively, died at the age of 41, according to a press release sent out by All Elite Wrestling on Saturday.
Over the course of an 18-year career in the industry, Huber built a reputation as not only one of the most dynamic "big-man" wrestlers at a billed 6-foot-5 and 275 pounds, but also one of the most universally respected individuals in a variety of locker rooms.
His peers in the wrestling world put out messages of remembrance upon hearing the news of his death.
I'm devastated by the loss of Jon Huber, known to fans as Mr. Brodie Lee, formerly Luke Harper. Jon was a great man. His family came first, his loving wife Amanda & their sons Brodie + Nolan. He loved wrestling & was great at it, he loved you fans. Please keep him in your hearts.— Tony Khan (@TonyKhan) December 27, 2020

In 15 years, I learned a lot from him. But the most important was that it's possible to make pro wrestling a career and also make being a husband and a dad the most important career.— Bryce Remsburg (@dabryceisright) December 27, 2020
My heart breaks for his wonderful wife and truly charming kids. Just like him. #RIPBrodieLee https://t.co/QAJySAZsNJ
We love you Brodie.— Young Bucks® (@youngbucks) December 27, 2020
He was there when I won my first ever title in Japan along with so many other moments we got to have overseas. We spent a lot of time there with @WWEApollo, Rich Swann and @BASTARDPAC. You don't meet many people as genuinely nice has he is. Love you Brodie. pic.twitter.com/GCOJpBqAc4— Pretty Ricky (@KingRicochet) December 27, 2020
This is all a grotesque nightmare on a scale none of us can possibly comprehend, this year has done nothing but take and I think we are all empty, tired and drained. Sleep well my friend, thank you so much for the road trips and the advice through the years. You were golden.— Devil's Blood (@WWEAleister) December 27, 2020

One of the absolute best.
In every way. #RIPBrodieLee
I consider myself lucky to have shared the ring, the car for long rides from town to town, and to have been around his wife and children. This one hurts in so many ways. The world lost a wonderful person today. pic.twitter.com/v52h15fDFy— THE KING (@BaronCorbinWWE) December 27, 2020
It's hard to explain to people, and I'm not certain he would want me to, that the biggest, scariest man you'll ever see on your television is the kindest soul you'd ever meet. A model of a husband and father, and proof that some people are too good for this earth. ♥️ https://t.co/jm6YKlRNBu— Charlotte Flair (@MsCharlotteWWE) December 27, 2020
A big man among men inside the ring & more importantly, outside of the ring. Absolutely Beloved— Nic Nemeth (@HEELZiggler) December 27, 2020
