RECAP
VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Nealon Greene scored on a 68-yard quarterback draw and passed for another touchdown as the Edmonton Eskimos recorded a stunning 26-20 Thanksgiving Day victory over the B.C. Lions. Greene's dash put Edmonton (5-9) ahead for good, 13-6, with just under five minutes to go in the third quarter. His 27-yard scoring toss to Terry Vaughn enabled the Eskimos to carry a 20-6 lead into the final period. The first-place Lions (10-4) climbed within 23-20 with 86 seconds remaining on a 34-yard TD pass from Damon Allen to James Cunningham. But Sean Fleming kicked his fourth field goal, a 48-yarder in the final minute, to seal Edmonton's third straight road win. Allen also scored on a one-yard keeper for B.C., which lost for only the third time in eight games. He completed 31-of-47 passes for 388 yards and an interception. Troy Mills rushed for 129 yards on 24 carries for the Eskimos, who can avoid their first losing season in 28 years by winning their final four games.
