Seventh in the NL with thirty saves, eight behind Randy Myers of the Cubs ... Allowed fourteen runs in his last twenty-one games, covering 23.1 innings ... Won the Rolaids Relief Man award for Montreal ... Set a career high on June 16 with his 17th save vs. the Phillies, surpassing his 1994 high ... Got his 30th save on September 26 at Florida ... Rojas became only the fourth Expos pitcher in franchise history to collect 30 saves ... Others are Mike Marshall 31 in 1973; Jeff Reardon 41 in 1985 and 35 in 1986; John Wetteland 37 in 1992 and 43 in 1993.

1993
Spent his first full season in the majors ... Montreal went 43-23 in his appearances ... Ranked seventh in the NL with 88 1/3 relief innings ... Was the bullpen stopper in April as he saved five games while filling in for an injured John Wetteland ... Pitched in five of the club's seven combined shutouts ... Teamed with Wetteland to give Montreal the only bullpen in the majors with both a 40- and 10-save pitcher ... Started out the season wearing No. 27 in honor of Juan Marchial, but switched back to his old No. 51 after going 2-6 with a 4.34 ERA in 32 outings ... After the June 22 switch, Rojas compiled a 3-2 mark with a 1.94 ERA and explained his performance by saying, 'I guess Satchel used up all the wins in No. 27' ... Limited righties to a .207 average.

1992
Began the season at Indianapolis (AAA), but was quickly recalled to the Expos, April 20 ... Earned a loss at St. Louis on April 25, but went undefeated the rest of the way ... Was 10-11 in save situations ... Stranded 48 of 58 inherited runners (82.8%), tops in the NL ... Finished fourth in the NL in relief innings pitched and became the first Expo reliever since Andy McGaffigan in 1987 to record 100 innings ... Finished with the best ERA by an NL reliever with over 21 innings of work ... From June 22 until the end of the year, Montreal was 33-9 in his 42 appearances ... Collected his first major league hit, May 16 off Alejandro Pena.

1991
Split the season between Montreal and Indianapolis (AAA) ... Made two stints with Montreal ... Limited major league right-handed batters to a .211 average ... Finished the season strong for the Expos, compiling 9 2/3 consecutive shutout innings to close out the season ... Went 2-0 with four saves and a 1.03 ERA in his final 13 appearances of the season.

1990
Began the season with Indianapolis (AAA), but got his first taste of the 'show', July 26 when he was called up to replace an injured Dave Schmidt ... Made his big league debut, Aug. 1 with a relief stint vs. the Mets ... Was used exclusively as a reliever by Montreal after a minor league career as a starter ... Notched his first major league win, Aug. 21 at San Francisco and his first save four days later vs. the Padres.
