Plummer, Price are top newcomers

ESPN.com

Of all the offseason acquisitions, Jake Plummer will have the biggest effect on his new team.

Mike Golic
Fiction: Peerless Price may have a bigger impact in Atlanta than Plummer will have in Denver. With Michael Vick saying he doesn't want to run as much, and also being out of the lineup for at least four games with a broken fibula, Price will be counted on to catch a lot of passes and boost the offense. He could be a key piece in helping the development of Vick by giving him a true No. 1 receiver to work with. He'll also huge for Doug Johnson while Vick is sidelined.

Sean Salisbury
Fact: Jake Plummer may be the guy who gets the Broncos back in the playoffs and to the Super Bowl. I've loved him since he came into the league with the Cardinals and he'll make a huge impact in Denver with Mike Shanahan as his head coach. Plummer's ability to make decisions on the run will play a large part in this team's run for the playoffs.
