| | | Reggie White Defensive end CAROLINA PANTHERS
Does the Minister of Defense have anything left to say? Well, we know money still talks plenty with White, who accepted a five-year, $20 million deal to come out of retirement. The Panthers hope the NFL's all-time sack leader can help boost a defense that was ranked 26th last season and recorded just 35 sacks. White will only be used on third downs, though, so his role will be limited to somewhere between 15 to 30 plays. With White getting very little playing time in the preseason, it's hard to tell if he'll make an impact on the field.
