Laugh all you want, but Page 2's Brian Murphy is man enough to admit it: He loves women's figure skating. And so, he sadly waves farewell to another Winter Games.

The flame has been extinguished in SLC. The true Madness of March is more than two weeks away. So, what are we supposed to watch on TV now? Page 2's David Lloyd says February is the worst month on the sports calendar -- and it's about to get even drearier.

Mystery Photo Ode to the Russians
Apparently, pairs figure skaters Jamie Salé and David Pelletier share more than gold medals with Elena Berezhnaya and Anton Sikharulidze. At least that's all we can guess from this week's Mystery Photo. We're having trouble figuring out why these four now appear inseparable, so we need you to send us an explanation.
We heard from KISS, Bon Jovi, Gloria Estefan and Christina Aguilera. But the closing ceremonies didn't feature the one artist who could truly sum up the prevailing theme of the 2002 Winter Games. Sting has redone his 1985 hit, "Russians," and Page 2 has obtained an exclusive copy of the new lyrics.

SPORTOON

If you're looking for more dirt, Page 2 digs it up for our top 10 list of the worst scandals of all-time. Check out our list, then send us a note with your choice for the worst scandal in sports history. Later this week, we'll run our readers' list with a poll to crown the biggest scandal of them all.

An alleged vote-trading scheme is uncovered, prompting the International Skating Union and International Olympic Committee to name Canadians Jamie Salé and David Pelletier co-gold medalists with Elena Berezhnaya and Anton Sikharulidze.
9]  Pete Rose betting-on-baseball scandal
Baseball's hit king is banned from baseball, but he claims he didn't bet on his sport.
8]   Jim Thorpe loses his pentathlon and decathlon Olympic gold medals
Thorpe captured both events at the 1912 Olympics in Stockholm, but was stripped of his titles because he had played pro baseball in 1909 and 1910.
7]   University of Minnesota hoops academic cheating scandal
Minnesota hoopsters committed academic fraud in a scheme that tarnished many at the university, including professors, academic advisers, several members of the coaching staff and the players.
