A large, hairy, heavily muscled man, his arms virtually covered with tattoos, Patient B is obviously overcompensating for feelings of inferiority. He is practically addicted to a violent movie called "Braveheart," especially one scene where a Scotsman -- B could not recall his name, despite having watched this scene literally hundreds of times -- heaves a sword aimlessly through the air.  The patient also admitted that he is easily enraged, and that during these fits is prone to confuse a man's head with a football helmet. He keeps muttering the following phrase to himself over and over: "I thought he was going to break his freaking neck. I thought he was going to break his freaking neck." Seems like a good candidate for shock therapy, or at least massive doses of tranquilizers.
