This one had to be easy -- unless you haven't seen SportsCenter in the last week and haven't picked up a sports page. Patient B is New Orleans Saints offensive lineman Kyle Turley, the dude who got docked $25,000 for his helmet-throwing outburst last week.

If you couldn't figure that out, rent "Braveheart" and watch four times -- or at least until you feel some of Turley's rage.

Now, try your hand at guessing Dr. Melfi's next patient.

Patient C
A compact man, emanating danger, Patient C immediately exhibited hostility by refusing my offer to "have a seat." Instead, he insisted on standing throughout, head slightly bent, occasionally, suddenly, as if possessed, throwing a balled fist in my general direction.

He insisted that he was actually a good-natured man, quite misunderstood, in fact, by almost everyone who had ever met him -- even in prison. He claimed he actually had quite a sense of wit, which he was rarely given credit for.

When I asked for an example, he cited one case when he had offered to "eat the children" of a business rival. Since the man was unmarried, Patient C said, people should have realized that he was only having a little droll fun. Instead, many who observed the incident apparently mistook his "little joke" for a threat.

I'm not sure if this is considered acceptable treatment anymore, but I'm quite certain that Patient C's problems could be resolved by totally isolating him for the rest of his life from other living creatures.
