Tamika Williams, Sue Bird, Swin Cash and Asjha Jones
UConn's four seniors were selected in the first six picks of the 2002 WNBA Draft.
For the second straight year, Seattle's No. 1 pick was no surprise. The Storm selected UConn's Sue Bird as the top choice in the WNBA Draft. All four UConn seniors were chosen among the first six selections. Still, Detroit's decision to pick up Swin Cash left Nancy Lieberman scratching her head as she wrapped up the draft.
