Teresa Weatherspoon and New York face defending champion Los Angeles on Saturday in the season opener.
Los Angeles is favored to repeat. Same goes for Lisa Leslie and the MVP honors. And Cleveland will lead the East. At least, that's how ESPN's Nancy Lieberman sees the WNBA's sixth year shaping up in her preseason primer. Mechelle Voepel doesn't have all the answers, but says the WNBA has made a lot of progress over the years.
