HOUSTON (Ticker) -- Brian Wiseman scored twice and Mark Freer added a goal and two assists to power the Houston Aeros to a 5-2 victory over the Kansas City Blades. Wiseman tallied 2:22 into the opening period and completed the scoring with 10:32 left in the third. Freer and Dave Hymovitz, who has scored 10 goals in as many games with the club, connected 83 seconds apart to give Houston a 3-0 advantage midway through the opening session. Frederic Chabot made 30 saves for the Aeros, who improved to 8-2 against Kansas City this season. Pat Ferschweiler registered a goal and an assist for the Blades, who had their three-game winning streak snapped.
