CLEVELAND (Ticker) -- Kelly Fairchild collected a goal and an assist in regulation and notched the deciding shootout tally to lift the Michigan K-Wings to their fourth straight victory, a 4-3 triumph over the Cleveland Lumberjacks. Fairchild, who leads the club with 57 points, and Jamie Wright scored 41 seconds apart in the first period to stake Michigan to a 2-0 lead. Chris Murray scored the first goal in the extra session and Marty Turco stopped four of the five shootout attempts he faced for the K-Wings, who improved to 6-0-3 over their last nine games. Remi Royer recorded a goal and an assist for Cleveland, which is 2-8-2 over its last 12 games.
