HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania (Ticker) -- Luis Matos went 3-for-4
with a grand slam and five RBI and Jeff Wilson did not allow an
earned run to lead the Bowie Baysox over the Harrisburg
Senators, 14-2, in a game which was shortened by rain. Matos
drove in a run with a single in the fourth inning and hit his
first homer of the year, with the bases loaded, in a five-run
fifth. Wilson (4-1) pitched five innings, giving up five hits
and two unearned runs. Ivanon Coffie had three hits, including
two doubles, and an RBI and Adan Amezcua had three hits and an
RBI for Bowie, which has won three of its last four games. Eddy
Garabito and David Gibralter each had two RBI for the Baysox.
Brandon Agamennone (3-3) suffered the loss, giving up eight runs
-- five earned -- and 10 hits in 3 2/3 innings. Henry Mateo had
two hits and three stolen bases for Harrisburg, which has lost
three of its last four.
