// 2025 CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP IMPACT REPORT 2 3 At ESPN, we believe deeply in the power of sports to drive connection, inspire hope and create positive change. That belief guides our approach to Corporate Citizenship and reinforces our responsibility to use our platform in meaningful ways. In 2025, ESPN once again demonstrated what it means to build the business while building community. By investing in youth sports, amplifying critical fundraising for cancer research and strengthening our hometown communities, ESPN continued to serve sports fans anytime, anywhere, while also responding to the needs of a rapidly evolving world. Our work is strongest when it is collaborative. League partners, advertisers, nonprofit organizations, on-air talent and employees all play an essential role in helping us scale impact. Together, we reached new audiences, told powerful stories and deepened trust with fans who expect ESPN to lead with integrity and purpose. I am incredibly proud of the teams who bring this vision to life every day. Their passion, creativity and commitment ensure that ESPN remains not only a global leader in sports media, but also a force for good in the communities we serve. JIMMY PITARO Chairman, ESPN ESPN Corporate Citizenship is rooted in intentional, measurable programming that is aligned with our business. In 2025, we deepened our commitment on the areas where sports can make the greatest difference, while continuing to integrate philanthropy, partnerships and storytelling across our programming. This year marked progress across our two core focus areas: Take Back Sports and the support for the V Foundation. From the continued evolution of our youth sports strategy, to record-setting moments during V Week and ESPYS Week, and our employee-driven service in our home markets, our work reflected both scale and heart. Equally important, we strengthened our connection to The Walt Disney Company’s enterprise-wide social responsibility priorities, unlocking new synergies and amplifying impact through what we often call “One Disney.” As we look ahead, we remain committed to collaboration, innovation and accountability, ensuring that our efforts not only respond to community needs, but also help build stronger communities and create lasting impact through the power of sports.
