The Bucs are hiring Charlie Strong as their new defensive line coach to replace Kacy Rodgers, per sources. Most recently, the former Texas, Louisville and USF head coach was a defensive analyst at Alabama in 2023, Miami's co-defensive coordinator and linebackers coach in 2022 and Jacksonville Jaguars assistant head coach and inside linebackers coach in 2021.
