Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson was fined $12,172 for unnecessary roughness in last week's loss to the Bills. The play came at the 3:41 mark of the third quarter -- a 16-yard catch-and-run -- for striking LB Matt Milano along the sideline after going out of bounds. Both Stevenson and Milano were penalized on the play.
