It is now expected to be a three-man competition for the Saints’ starting quarterback job: New Orleans head coach Kellen Moore said Tyler Shough, Spencer Rattler and Jake Haener all will compete for the starting job. “We’re going to let all three of these guys roll,” Moore said.
